Hell Hath No Fury...
Like A Woman's Scorn

Heero walked into the Dorlain’s home wearing a denim jacket, a green tank top and jeans. Relina’s mother was standing next to a door that led to a staircase. She was massaging her temples and looking exhausted. Suddenly a yell was heard from up above.

“You’ll pay for that Milliardo Peacecraft! Get back here!”

To say Relina sounded angry was a huge understatement. The well-known pacifist sounded homicidal. Milliardo, once known as the Lightning Count, looked annoyed as he took the stairs two at a time. Relina Dorlain, his younger sister, raced down the stairs behind him. She was holding a pillow and looking ready to do bodily harm. Them she saw Heero. She stopped, stared, remembered why he was here, then dismissed him (temporarily) to continue after he brother.

“Relina, aren’t you pacifist?” Milliardo said, trying to calm her, “This is why you shouldn’t be spending all, or most, of your weekends with Heero. He’s a bad influence on you.”

Milliardo ducked as Relina abandoned the pillow in order to use her fists. She was, however, stopped. Heero had grabbed her from behind. Relina knew struggling against him, even if he had refused to hurt anyone ever again, was just about as futile as whispering in a hurricane. So, she tried to reason with him.

“Heero, why are you holding me back?”

“We have to leave.”

Relina smiled. She could agree with that.

Milliardo watched in obvious disapproval as Relina left with Heero. Then he went to find Noin; maybe she could help because he was getting no where with Relina on the subject of Heero.

“I really can’t keep trying to beat Milliardo, he’s not the only one who disapproves. Besides, they have a point, and if I keep acting like this I’ll only be proving them right. I know that, but I don’t have to like it.” Relina said, looking at Heero. His favorite position seemed to be in her arms like this, not that she was complaining. Heero made a small noise, the way he usually did.

Heero knew she didn’t really care in the least about that, she was defending his honor. Again. She really did take that “… never hurt anyone again …” remark very seriously. It is still quite cute, though.
